The Tiger-Cats traded for Mitchell on Nov. 14, 2022, the 2023 CFL schedule was released Dec. 13, 2022 (1 month after the trade). In a league of 9 teams, can someone explain to me why Hamilton does not play in Calgary in the 2023 season. Way to drop the ball on that opportunity CFL, pun intended.

Man I missed this. Me and my co host couldn’t agree exactly who to take in our preview of this game but like I gotta say I’m shocked at like how difficult of a time the stamps had getting going. I mean Paredes missing 2 kicks was definitely not on my CFL 2023 Bingo Card

Well I have this rule that a missed FG that hits the post should be a single. In my opinion, unless a kicked ball is returned, it should be a score (just off the post, the other team gets it at 45, not 35) That all being said, this highlight shows the 2 missed FGs were returned so no final score change. It's a 10 point difference w/o question.

Great that the CFL is back. I hope for great, varied games, even if nobody here in Germany is interested or ever broadcast. But as a European, I have to criticize the Global Draft as a concept. Almost nobody plays except punter/kicker. And a player who was born in Germany, emigrated to the USA as a child and is a legalized/naturalized US citizen, went to college and never played in Germany (youth) cannot be called a global player. But American players. That's label fraud.
