@@KyleJonagreed as an American who just over a year ago got into the CFL I notice a difference between Toronto this year compared to last year. I agree Toronto had no business winning the Grey Cup last year but now their the definitive best team in the league

CFL=Exciting Football! Two teams that I have always liked. When either of them wins or loses to the other, I feel good for the winner and bad for the loser! It's always bittersweet. There are only a few teams in the Canadian League that I don't really care for very much, but overall, they CFL has always been exciting 🏈!!!

If that were true they'd be playing in the NFL. It only looks that way because everyone is a slightly lower level. Don't get me wrong, I love the CFL, but it is objectively worse than the NFL. Players such as Chad Kelly come from being the backup on an NFL team, to being one of the best QB's in the league here even though he's past his prime. I don't know if there is a single receiver in the CFL who would have a shot at being a consistent WR in the NFL. If you're comparing CFL starters to players on an NFL practice squad you mayyyy be right... may be.

Any player who is onside (behind the player who kicked the ball when the ball is kicked) is eligible to recover their own teams punt. The 5 yard halo rule only applies if the other team recovers the ball. If the same team that punted the ball recovers it then the 5 yard no-yards penalty doesn’t apply.
