I used to look down on Chinese bikes as knock offs and fly by night but this one really caught my attention. Now I am trying to watch as many English review videos about this one as I am planning on buying it this year. I really could use a sound advice.

What are the most common and the major problems that you faced with it to this date. How was the aftermarket support for it? Lastly wa it worth keeping in the long run?
@tonkiboy6 жыл бұрын
actually i had no major problems with it . other than me breaking stuff on it ie the plastics or the mirrors . aftermarket support was good . all parts were readily available online or at a local shop that stocked cf moto . yeah it was worth it . i would still own one if my rising style and life hadn't become a factor .

I own this exact model and the bike is well built, as good as a Japanese bike, the gear changes are similar to my ZX6R and it’s smooth, the bike has good power and pulls really well even for the restricted lams model, so I would imagine derestricted and tuned the bike would be a weapon, it’s cheap and runs as well as the flag ship bikes, 2023 and one wards CF Moto will be a competitor, they are making high quality bikes and making a name for themselves. I did have issues with vibrations on the mirrors and it’s not really an issue for me ever since I went with bar end mirrors, the bike looks good in person and definitely looks like it’s built really well

Hey mate I’ve got one too and everyone’s been telling me how much the handling is bad on it and it has too much acceleration but I love it and personally I’m with you on recommending this bike just be careful the overflow nipple on the side of the radiator snaps

yeah and just got to watch out for replacement parts the can sometimes be hard to find ! pretty sure the person i sold this bike to totaled it a fw weeks after he bought it !

my seat was pretty annoying to but eventually it kinda just wore itself in and now rear seat and rider seat both click in easy as.. 9000kms on mine so far.. SO far chewed out a bushing on the shock, my fault from doing stoppies tho lol.. i changed the footpegs because they are piss weak cast and one snapped.. also running 2x pod filters with a custom a/f sensor setup for pods.. yup mirrors are trash replace em. just ordered a full stainless exhaust, ill post a vid of it once it arrives :)

hey mate loved the review, considering getting one of these but my height is a problem as im 6'5, do you think the bike would suit a taller person or am I better off looking elsewhere? cheers
@tonkiboy7 жыл бұрын
the bike is quite a tall bike as it is , im at 5'9 and its still comfortable for me . best to find one and have a sit or a test ride . i do know that the newer 2017 has a different seating position and pegs to this one . and personally it felt strange . but that could just be because im used to mine . but yeah best to just get on one and see how it feels .

This is a pre-2015 model because it doesn't have a digital dash. Your title says 2016 so just thought I'd point that out. Also I've never had issues with the foot pegs, and 300km on fuel sounds about right but I'm yet to fully test that. Surprised you didn't mention how good the suspension is - my ass never gets sore on it, and I've been on 2+ hour rides. The mirrors are completely useless after ~3,800rpm too. Oh and I took the stickers off also, except for the 650NK ones like yours. All in all great bike but I'm only just over 3,000km in. Definitely recommended.

+Mohonnova yeah its 2013 pretty sure i say that in the video, no my title says its reviewed in 2016 not it is a 2016. the suspension is shit if you watched the whole video you would have found that out .

Yeah I was going to say the same, his frame is painted too and the model is powdercoated black.

@spacebubbles12398 жыл бұрын
I would just put some dirt bike pegs on it. No one would notice because you have your feet on them plus you get that superior grip.

na i got r1 pegs and they are awesome !

tonkiboy 650cc and 190km/h. I think it's slow. Am I right?
@tonkiboy7 жыл бұрын
not really, the ERN 6 will do about the same and it's a 650. plus if you have ever ridden over 200km/h bro it's quite intimidating. you can always get the bike chipped and mod it to meat your speed needs
