Its rider is not going fuul gas on hill climb or maybe a half or this cf is stock do you now whats the hp or maybe desa he have a upgrades??

Yes, it has upgrades, all the hillclimbs were made in Low, and low is limited to 55 kmh, stoc exhaust don't help in hearing the throtle, and also the gopro sound don't help, but on most of the climbs full throtle was not needed :D
