Omg you have no idea how much this helps. My son was born with hypospadias and so far has had 2 surgeries to correct it. My son is 3years old. I’ve always been concerned on how this condition may affect him as he gets older. My husband and I just take it one doctors appt at a time. I can maybe fill In the gaps, iv had 3 ops and have hypospadias chordee also, basically had to get it straightened as it was curved downwards, I'll be straight with you it isn't going to be an easy journey for your son but if you are always there for him he will be fine

As a man that is diagnosed with hypospedias. and have the so called '' penile opening midsaft''' what i would prefer to as a mid version of the condition. i would say that it is a bummer that i cant take a leak standing up. but one thing i can tell you is that we are the chosen ones. One in every 200\300 newborns have this condition. We are rare, special and blessed. keep your head up kings.

Good to know there are more men like me. I have hypospadias to, had surgery when i was 4 or 5, doctors said it would all be alright when i was older. Not..... 😔 I am unfertile, and it is micro. I am now 38 and struggling with it big time, i have had dated girls most of them just laughed at me. And now i am really struggling with finding a girl/women, afraid how they react. 😭

Don't rush for it enjoy your life. My husband has it. We both didn't know he had this surgery. His mom never told him. They kind of literally forgot. He is infertile. I tried lot of treatments,it didn't help. I just wanted to say have patience the right woman will come that will heal your wounds not made them worse.

I’m so sorry, life is so unfair, my husband was born with this condition he had the urethra in the wrong place, cordee and undecended testicle, he doesn’t have a micro penis but he struggled all the same 😢 the reconstructive surgery fixed the issue of not urinating properly but aesthetically it’s not great, he was very self conscious of it and was terrified of women laughing at him he has struggled with sexual dysfunction and we cannot get pregnant naturally, he has some sperm but not enough to achieve pregnancy naturally because of the undecended testicle so that one never functioned at all…. I pray you find love, with someone who accepts you completely without judgement

Don’t give up .. look up men’s forums that have come to terms with it .. you have a life , one life so live it best you damn well can .. my 17 year old has it .. he has a life to live and I’m going to make sure he bloody well lives it .. I’ve read some uplifting life stories from a support group we have in the UK so I suggest that to help you feel better about your self worth and depression,, you will find happiness as you get older with the right person,, live your life

Most woman's g spot is 3inch deep, as long as you can get to that you will be ok my friend, tongue and fingers and confidence goes a long way, don't give up, most woman dont care about it along as you're a good lover emotionally, you'll be fine

I decided to research this particular problem my son was born with hypospadias. My son was scheduled to be circumcised but by the time they find out that he had hypospadias he had already circumcised. They told me it was too late. I'm afraid of his future they wanted to have surgery but I didn't because I know that it would be quite painful I need advice from a male point of view.

Oh no! Your doctor didn't tell you your baby had this when he was born? That was a sorry doctor then, or an inattentive one. I was told by, not my own doc, but another doc while I was in the hospital after my son was born that he had hypospadias. He came In and showed me on his penis where his urethra opening was located and explained the need for correction, and not to have him circumcised yet cuz they needed the foreskin for repair. Thankfully he didn't have cordee to further complicate it. I had to wait till he was 7mos before having the surgery. So far he's been ok; he's 11yrs old now and we just got through having a urology check up cuz he had a uti 2wks ago. Such a thing is pretty rare for males since their urethras are longer, but it can happen. But since he had hypospadias, it was necessary to get it checked. The urethral tube can narrow over time, so that's important to keep a watch on. Do you know how severe his hypo is? It's really important to get him taken care of, not just for his physical well bein, but psychologically. It'll be painful for a while, but it's a necessary evil for both his physical/mental health and ur peace of mind.

raza yousfani His initial surgery took place when he was only 7mos old. Thankfully they discovered his condition rght after birth, so at least he doesn’t remember the pain and discomfort. But he did have a follow up procedure when he was 10, wherein they relieved some slight narrowing in his urethra due to some scar tissue. He’s good now tho.

well I'm 14 years old and I'm having my 3rd surgery I was supposed to be circumcised but they found out I have hypospadias the tried to fix it the first surgery but they dint know I had it so the couldn't completely fix it I had a catheter (with a bag) and it was leaking I went home after 8 days then came back 10 days later cause my catheter had fallen out my second surgery they were able to completely fix it this time there were better results I drank a lot and ni more leaking every thing was fine the urine went in the bag okay until on my fourth day when I was supposed to leave my stiching came out I had to stay one more night until the surgeon could see me my wound was cleaned at night by two doctors and they cut my pubic hairs which to be honest were pretty much a pain in the but the surgeon came and the stiching was replaced I had a small surgery which hurt pretty good after that I went home it was a Saturday it would hurt at night and on Monday we returned to the hospital on the way I felt the stiching come out and I told my dad when we went in the surgeon's office he told us one more I was pretty sad and even cried I hated those surgeries but I would always talk to my mom on the phone and she would tell me to be strong one more I would said for you. this time I was given a spinal it numbed me legs down I did feel something but not pain and I was not allowed to see the surgery when the numbness went away I was in pain I asked for a bad to hold my urine so I wouldn't have to go to the toilet every time but the gave me a powerful pain medication which made me feel basically no pain but made me sleepy I slept but woke up to Mr having to pee my pee was pink and so was my sweat when I went my body kept pushing on its own and it would hurt after that I felt dizziness and went back to bed the second day was not bad but the was a liitle pain I had pain medication and antibiotics after the second day mg third day which I'm currently one was and still is better mu dressing was changed but when I sat down for a while I felt a slight pain as if the stiching had came out but that is yet to be checked hopefully it was nothing bad or something that could effect my time to get out of here I do not push any more. if you read all this thank if you've gone through it mabye you could tell me how to get through it I haven't talked to anyone with the same problem u have mild hypospadias I could pee standing and ejaculate well but still. ps my mom is in the USA I am in africa with my dad and sisters to visit our family so we do have a deadline.
