Beautiful singer geourgeous girl as far as I'm concerned Joey was too pure to be here and they needed another beautiful angel to help sing and keep everybody happy in heaven but we sure Miss her beautiful voice down here. What Joey was handed was so unfair and she looks so sad and when I see her so sad I cry 😢with her because I see her in alot of pain the voice silenced . My son told me about her and he gets very sad when he hears Joey sing ..... Joey is the best singer I have ever heard . Message coming from Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦. Some people say that Joey is happy in heaven no she is not Joey should still be hear and I know she would be here. Rory gets married wop te do I hope he's happy

I cannot agree more. Respect for themselves and others. I've been playing Country, REAL COUNTRY like this and crying in your beer country for 61 years (I am 65) and played with Buck Owens and Chet Atkins. Chet had on Blue Jeans and a plaid shirt with Pennie Loafers with the pennies in them. Buck well you know always was dressed to the country style. Society has lost that along the way. Very Sad.

Great song! I have been to Clay, Kentucky, actually spent some time there a few years ago. It's in Webster County, in the western part of the state. It's not the largest town in Webster County, (Dixon is), nor is it the county seat (that would be Providence), but it's like countless small towns in rural America where, if you grew up there, you can't wait to get out of it. Once you do, once you get a bit older and a bit wiser, and after life has roughed you up a bit, that little old hometown of yours starts looking pretty good. That's the hook in this song!
