Natsu will do anything to protect her and Lucy will always have complete faith in him and fight beside him. It gives the fandom more and more backing as the series goes on. It brings the want to have something like that in the world we have full of nothing but backstabbers and cheaters. The many couples that are hinted in this series has a type of pull to everyone and they are rooting for that couple to get together. Its so romantic in a way.
