None other than James Baxter himself joins us, and gives a glimpse into his process, his challenges, insights and pearls of wisdom garnered from over 35 years in the industry. Having supervised on such iconic characters as Belle, Quasimodo, Rafiki, Sinbad, Spirit and many others, James is an undisputed master of the craft and an all around lovely human being. Thanks for an other amazing interview. Just a little note, the sound is always really faint so I have to push the sound to the maximum just so it covers the roadwork next door and it is still very low. Cheers

I test my sound against a KZbin commercial (they are pretty consistent in their audio levels) when I cannot understand either mine or KZbin's then I know I have the right level.

I am 65, I have been animating now for about three years, you can see my journey on our channel, but I am not an artist, and I am self-taught in animation, but I have been using computers for 48 years, and have used many graphics programs.
