Im just goimg to say its not JUST because his drivimg. Ive heard somethings on why but there is reasons why alot of the cops domt like him. And its more than ppl think. His driving just gets the blame because its easiest to blame that and it doesmt come off as them being TO ANNOYED/MAD.
