If crims shoot from a car cops are cleared to shoot back from a car. Cops can’t just start shooting from a car to start a shoot out or pop tires

FNX, USP, and Ceramic are the only good ones. FNX can be upgraded the most right now. There is also a reg pistol and hi powered but they suck.
