The song represents the backrooms well, this is because you can't really escape (or rarely escape) and the fact this takes place on level 0 makes sense to the overall atmosphere. Really good job man! Also like the use of the kane-pixel like visuals.

this is the first horror concept/horror game song I've heard that actually sounds scary was kind of worried it would be over the top hip hop with blaring synth and rap vocals about the backrooms, but having a genuinely unsettling tone and atmosphere really payed off, you captured the backrooms perfectly in a music form in my opinion

That perfectly encapsulates what you would feel going through the backrooms. The flat notes and the spaces between lyrics are pretty nice. Especially when you go super low to capture the feeling of seeing the monster. Then, almost directly after, the high notes, the sweet release of death after so much suffering. Just an awesome song.

This song perfectly captures just how unsettling the Backrooms are portrayed as. A maddening maze if mono-yellow walls and moisture carpet, with the loud buzzing of overhead fluorescent lights, all the while strange, almost Eldritch beings roam the 'halls' just waiting to jump at you. The strange, slightly-off timing of some of the notes gives off that similar unsettling feeling, and perfectly encapsulates the idea of the Backrooms as a place that is visually familiar, but is a distinctly alien space, and you can tell by that alone, that this is a place we were never meant to see.

Yeah, the important thing about the backrooms isn't the monsters. It's how they drive you insane until you just give up. If it was an anime it would be kind of like Death Note and Parasyte mixed. There would be action to keep you on your feet, but the purpose of the entire series would be dealing with how the mc spirals into insanity while trying to survive.
