I just love the way they approached this. It’s not the common immense horror. CG5 put all of the spices of the game into one dish, and created a never thought masterpiece. The fact that it’s like hopeful and sad and scary is just hard to take in. The verse “So wonderful how deep the love can flow!” is just to powerful, it shows how much Joey drew loved his project. And finally, Audrey, the song shows her hope, and determination while also feeling sadness along the way of her journey. I love how CG5 isn’t just one type of artist, he’s multiple, pop, rock, horror, and etc. Congrats CG5 on this masterpiece, I’m not the only one loving this, 2.7 Thousand commenters all complementing you on one song out of hundreds already here and millions more to come, and there is probably still more people that listened to the song without going on KZbin and commenting. I love how it's less of a huge symphony and more of a lullaby, focusing on the sadness rather than the horror. But it's not all sadness, there's also hope. In a world of despair, Audrey is a being made of love and hope. As Joey says, "To create this finest design, you need a magic darker than mine, and a kiss form the Angels casting demons down the bottom line," it shows he was aware he wasn't a good person, and that her goodness could only come from others rather than the demons he created. I personally think that the memories found in BATDR are from others, like how shortly after we find the hotdog, we hear about it in a tape form Nathan Arch, and how it's about him enjoying life's small things.

I’m pretty sure the song was inspired by the quote from the game “Just because we’re born of darkness, doesn’t mean we belong to it.” It does that very well with lyrics and instrumentals that elicit feelings of both dark feelings like despair and regret but also bright feelings like hope and love. It well represents how people live on not in their grand achievements, but their real ones, their family, the ones they held dear. “The children of the machine” in the song are representative of what we create in our life, the same thing we can use to create our demons are the same thing we can use to create our sons or daughters, and I think that’s powerful.

The song "Children of the Machine" by CG5 and DAGames is a reflection on the nature of existence, purpose, and creation. The lyrics of the song are dense with meaning and imagery, drawing on metaphors of darkness, lust, and broken dreams. The song speaks to the human condition, exploring the way in which we are all products of a larger system, and how we are constantly searching for meaning and purpose in our lives. The first lines of the song set the stage for the themes that will be explored throughout the rest of the lyrics. "I'll show you the truth, I'll show you your purpose," the singer declares, suggesting that there is some higher meaning or purpose to be found in life, and that it is up to the listener to discover it. This idea of purpose is further explored in the following line, "Just a pencil and a dream, created for entertainment," which suggests that life itself is a form of entertainment, and that we are all characters in a larger narrative. The idea of being created for entertainment is one that resonates with the hit online multiplayer game "Among Us." In this game, players take on the roles of crewmates on a spaceship, and must work together to complete tasks while trying to identify and eliminate any imposters who are secretly trying to sabotage their efforts. The game is a form of entertainment, and the players are all characters within the game's narrative. The lyrics of "Children of the Machine" suggest that our lives are similar to this game, and that we are all part of a larger system that is designed for entertainment. The idea of being born from darkness and lust is also explored in the song's lyrics. "He lives on through us, born from darkness, born from lust," the singer declares, suggesting that our very existence is rooted in primal urges and desires. The line "Love was the fuel that kept me from burning" suggests that love is a powerful force that can help us to overcome our more destructive impulses, and that it is necessary for our survival. The idea of being "children of the machine" is one that is repeated throughout the song. The line "Follow me, we are children of the machine" suggests that we are all part of a larger system, and that we must follow a predetermined path in order to achieve our purpose. The lyrics suggest that this path is one of struggle and hardship, as we are "barely human in a city built on broken dreams." The imagery of broken dreams is another recurring theme in the song's lyrics. The line "It's a joyless job when your heart's running empty at the seams" suggests that life is often a struggle, and that we are all fighting to find meaning and purpose in a world that can be cold and unforgiving. The line "Barely human in a city built on broken dreams" reinforces this idea, suggesting that we are all struggling to survive in a world that is filled with disappointment and shattered hopes. The song's lyrics also explore the idea of fate and acceptance. The lines "In the dark nightmare, see the spotlight glare, and accept your fate in time" suggest that we are all subject to a larger power or force, and that we must learn to accept our place in the world. This idea of acceptance is linked to the concept of fate, suggesting that our lives are predetermined, and that we must learn to accept the cards that we have been dealt. In conclusion, the song "Children of the Machine" is a powerful reflection on the nature of existence, purpose, and creation. The song's lyrics are dense with meaning and imagery, exploring themes of darkness, lust, broken dreams, and acceptance. The song speaks to the human condition, suggesting that we are all part of a larger system, and that we must learn to navigate the struggles of life in order to find meaning and purpose. The repeated refrain of "Follow me, we are children of the machine" suggests that we are all part of a larger narrative, and that we must follow a predetermined path in order to achieve our purpose. The song's connection to the online multiplayer game "Among Us" is interesting to consider as well. The game itself is a form of entertainment that requires players to work together and identify imposters who are trying to sabotage their efforts. The themes of the song, particularly the idea of being created for entertainment and following a predetermined path, seem to resonate with the experience of playing the game. The lyrics suggest that our lives are similar to the game, and that we are all part of a larger system that is designed for entertainment. Overall, the lyrics of "Children of the Machine" are powerful and thought-provoking. The song explores complex themes and ideas, drawing on metaphors of darkness, lust, and broken dreams to convey a sense of struggle and hardship that is inherent in the human experience. The repeated refrain of "Follow me, we are children of the machine" reinforces the idea that we are all part of a larger system, and that we must navigate the challenges of life in order to find meaning and purpose. The connection to the online multiplayer game "Among Us" adds an interesting layer to the song's meaning, suggesting that our lives are similar to the game, and that we are all characters in a larger narrative.

I absolutely love the almost marching, footstep like beat with 'Follow me, we are children of the Machine' Especially at the end, when the group arrives upon the Audrey and Bendy fusion- the children having arrived to see the cycles end. This whole song gives me shivers, most BATIM/BATDR songs are in a jazzy, swing type beat. But this one is so much more solemn and reflects on the true tragedy of the machine and those who have been 'blessed' by the ink.

2:20 Henry's my favorite character in Bendy, so I love this shot of him at the end, almost like he's the light at the end of the inky, dark tunnel. Great work! Edit: I just got into a really emotional mood thinking about this song and the whole of Bendy's story, so when I watched it again and Henry's smiling face showed up at the end, I literally teared up. I adore this song, It embodies the solemn hope in a world of sorrow and loss that features so clearly in both of the Bendy Games. I am honestly in awe of how well the accompanying video goes with the full collection of Lyrics, Tone, and Game-references within the Music. My favorite scene though has to be Henry's litte nod at 2:18 / 2:46 as He accepts that Audrey resetting the Cycle will put him right back into his fate within it.

This song hits hard not just in context of the story of the game itself but in the context of the people who've played it. It's not just that the characters in the game who're “Children of the Machine” but, if you truly think about it, many of us were raised by Bendy and the Ink Machine and various other indie games (FNAF, Undertale, Etc). But using Bendy as the example, we were raised by the Ink Machine, making us children of the machine.

This is so different from any other Bendy song I've heard. Most other songs focus on either the whimsical, cartoony side of the franchise, or lean into the horrific, monstrous nature that's also present. While I love those songs, this one actually made me feel something I don't normally feel when I think of this franchise. It's somber, but also kind of soothing, like it's the end of a story. I love this song so much.

The animation coda made really tied this song together perfectly. He deserves more views for his solo projects
@void6482 Жыл бұрын
Absolutely mind-blown. I was expecting it to be more intense, but it wouldn't sound better any other way. The animation is IMPECCABLE(well done coda) and the tone really matches the ominous feeling of the studio. 1000/10 Edit: I shish you not, the second time around I almost cried, its just... perfectly done. Edit 2: 3rd time, I actually cried. The emotions, portrayed perfectly, the sense of sadness put into wilson, the comic book-into the spider verse-like moments(the animation format), and tied up amazingly by the music. While the voice of Joey may not have been my first choice, you can just sense the compassion. Audrey actually looks human, instead of an animation, and the darker and lighter tones just set the mood. I'm not crying, my eyes are just sweating.

Alright this song is fantastic, it's very simple and resonant, honestly the first time I heard it I was keeping my fingers crossed it wouldn't fall into dubstep or a rap and get more than likely be ruined for me and it didn't, it just stuck with what it had and executed it incredibly, the song also embodies the feeling of the game pretty well: desperate, dark, withered, somber, poetic, but still with a spark of hope at it's core driving it. Instrumental side I like the thumping in the background in some points sounding like an incoming revolution, and the music box across the song really gives it a classical Gothic feel The lyrics are alright, mostly nothing insane a lot of it's stuff right from the game which is perfectly fine, but there's still a few lines I'm particularly fond of, any line in anything that's something to the effect of "I know a part of her lives on through you" is my weakness and it's great that that's right in the start of the chorus, but my favorite pair of lines that form a really cool dichotomy are "Born from darkness, born from lust" from the ink creatures and "Love was the fuel that kept me from burning" from Joey If in the actual game the Ink Demon said to Audrey *"You were born from love, I was born from lust"* at some point it wouldn't be out of place in the slightest, because that's what really separates the pair even though they're basically the "King and Queen" of the cycle, one a child of light and love the other a demon of lust and darkness But the main reason I'm here commenting is the animation, which... goddamn it's fuckin otherworldly. Like I'd freely say that Dark Revival looks like Pixar compared to bendy and the ink machine, but this video looks like Pixar compared to dark revival, and it's not just the execution either, a lot of scenes are really thought out, like joey fading away and Audrey crying exemplifying that whole "I'm just the memory" the actual game only briefly touched on, the scene with Audrey and Bendy walking to the real world is also really clever, and the lighting and shading of everything makes this video seem so warm and comforting, the particles look perfect, that incredible scene if joey fading away must've taken like 414 years to render I guess all I can concisely say is hat's off to whoever on the team sold their soul to make this video possibly completed start to finish less then 2 months after the game came out

This song is so underrated. The lyrics are genius, and the tone is so different from other Bendy songs in the best way possible. I love how it's more... upbeat? Uplifting? I'm not sure if those are the right words, but it's not dark or edgy. Usually, I'm all for those darker, heavy-metal/electronic-esque songs, but over time, I've grown to appreciate the less edgy/calmer stuff more. In other words, your work is fantastic as always, CG5. I know you'll keep up the great work!

This song genuinely made me want to cry. You really grasped the sad part of bendy and the dark revival.
@PoPCaTOwO Жыл бұрын
Although this is unlikely to be seen now, this is truly a masterpiece, better than any fanmade game song I have ever heard. It is so good that I even shed tears for it. Instead of the horror, it focuses on the tragedy within the ink. But hope still rises despite all the sorrow, with love and goodwill eventually overcoming the darkness, which is the most moving part of the game, thus making this piece filled by tension and power. CG5's work made the song nearly impeccable, and the distinctive voice from DAGames also did an excellent job. Without the two working together, we wouldn't be able to hear this.
