CGG: Light, Medium, Heavy Drafting Board Games

I've always wanted to play Coimbra, it looks good. A lot of games have a drafting element but ones I like are Sagrada and Azul also (both the OG and Summer Pavilion). Warsaw City of Ruins is another I played once and really enjoyed.
