Just bought a cgsulit sc530 for my 2014 vw jetta tdi. I'm trying to find out how to prime the fuel filter. Filter is due for changing. So far no luck. This is my first introduction to scan tools. Hope there are others who would be interested in this info. Thanks, Tom

Really great video and great information. Would you know if this device can activate an EVAP Pump? I have an EVAP code on a 2008 E90 335XI and I need to narrow down if my gas/fuel cap was leaking fumes or if the pump is not working properly. NOTE: I need to get through inspection this month so I would like to get this issue fixed as I am concerned I will fail the Smog test here in NJ. Thanks in advance for your input and great details on this video. Phil

This one has more features, the Launch one has a touch screen and easier upgrades. I’d personally go with this one as I always prefer more features.

@@SimpleCarGuy I purchased and received it today. I was surprised with how slow it was when resetting my windows. Saving files was even slower since you have to use the arrows to scroll through a virtual keypad. The screen and casing reflect the low cost. Most importantly it does seem to work good on my 2016 BMW-650. I appreciate your detailed video and wonder if the Launch scanner is any faster and what the differences are between their features.

It will not reduce mileage. It can register new clusters.

Yes, I've used a couple Foxwell scanners that have this interface.. which also looks like the Autel interface etc. Not sure who's the original designer, but I'm glad we can get a scanner like this for this price now-a-days!
