Peace Hotel jazz band: The ‘Shanghai style’

I stayed at the Peace Hotel in 1977 and watched this band. Maybe some original member from the 1930’s. Nostalgia!

I visited Shanghai since 1988 until 2010 and lived sometimes in Peace Htl. I was several times to watch OldJazzBand and talking with the oldest man, Mr Zhu. Wow, what experience ! I lived in the 30's Shanghai.

Dined here in 1995, absolutely epic. Seems to be a bit livelier now. Wished I had stayed at the Peace Hotel.
