There's very little violent crimes in China due to all the cameras. Most of the crimes there are scams, mainly internet scams, you can see signs posted many places warning about scams. That's handled by their cyber units.

How does this differ from a normal policeman with a net gun? Even if these robots were super intelligent, they can't replace their net gun with a real gun as they have no hands.. so honestly it's even safer than any police human officer.
