@@chovusethat’s because oil production companies have contracts with these foreign companies that they are bound to for a period of time. They can’t just divert the oil. So they just need to increase production to meet local demand

@Dani-mn9xl Another example again in Uganda, they finally decided to repair the Ancient about 300 km 1 metre gauge that the British built during colonisation 2 years ago. Spending millions. But then signed a deal with a Turkish firm to replace the repaired 1 metre gauge with the Standard Gauge towards the end of last year ??? Wasting Taxpayers money in incompetent planning !
