I like how Chinese volleyball started and carried on. The level headed and decent coaches that they have. No screaming and ultra demanding behaviour. Care for the players and also trusting them and rewarding them. It is easy to dismiss injured players. But the Chinese would nurse them back and help them realise their sporting dreams. Take former Capt Hui Ruoqi who had two heart surgeries but came back for Olympic goal, or Xu Yunli with her bad knees that needed surgery. That they won with these recovered players say much about the coach dedication to the players and their craft. And their dreams.

She is an amazing, talented, and kind woman and role modal. On the rank list, the top 3 teams were all coached by HER!! She made the world of volleyball strong and competitive, and she passes on not only the skills of playing but the spirit of playing volleyball!! What a big achievement 😌
