TODAY'S RECIPE IS Turkish Bohça Kebabı | ছোট একটি পার্সেলের ভিতর মজার সারপ্রাইজ⁉️তুর্কির জনপ্রিয় বোচা কাবাব | Turkish Bohça Kebabı | TURKISH KEBAB
"Bohça Kebabı" or "Manisa kebab", an exquisite main dish from Turkish cuisine. It has chicken or meat filling mixed with bell peppers and carrots, wrapped inside a crepe we call "Cizlama" or "Akıtma" in Turkish. Then it is topped with Béchamel sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chilli flakes. It becomes irresistible elegant, and delicious after it comes out from the oven.
INGREDIENTS:
Crepes ~
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
Chicken & Vegetables filling ~
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 large chopped onions
1 chicken breast piece
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1/2 chopped carrot
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp white sauce
Béchamel sauce ~
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
