Dear Sir, may I suggest that you pre-read the content and rehearse prior to going on the air. The dozens of times of long and short pause create a lot of dead air and leaves listeners wondering what's going on. Something that's not too complicated is often explained in a clumsy fashion that beats around the bush multiple times. Try to avoid using too many words that are meaningless. Like, so, eh, eh this, ha, that is, this one, hmm, etc. Together with the pause and repeats, it dramatically lowers the efficacy of the presentation. Some of my friends are tuning off because of these problems. I believe things can be improved and needs to be upgraded, for the sake of Bastille Post maintaining a strong presence in podcasts. Watching the flawless delivery of Mr. Lo and Ms Li would be a good place to start. I apologize for the blunt feedback and hope the comments can be interpreted constructively.
