i am not intend to move in a political debate, what i mean is China is a well diversified, emerging and competitive society with many different and new ideas and phenomenons, for those young people who grow up in a place like this, they tend to be maturer and more comprehensive mentally, this doesn't depend on any political force but the nature of humanity, that is why i suggest people in a relatively smaller and simpler society like HK should keep an eye on the outside world rather than itself.

Certainly not only refer to a slice rather a majority of HK people as well as Overseas Chinese if you are talking about our version of Chinese nationalism.

Actually the autonomy movement is quite interesting, but why do we have a British flag? Certainly the elders in the Hong Kong population would not agree to pledge allegiance to the evil witch queen once again. They had been the victims of colonialism within their generation. True autonomy and independence means not bowing down to the Communist and the British crown, and embrace the HK free market economy.

The idea is immature and undeveloped in a way where it is going back to Colonialism, rather Hong Kong needs to ponder about becoming an independent city state much like the Republic of Venice or Singapore. The regulations and political sanctions created by Communist China under immediate circumstances is not viable for prosperity or harmony

You can't equate economic power within Communist China to the political, intellectual freedom provided by the past English colony. The hubris of the rich noveau Communist China is something to take note of. Hong Kong is a window to China with its free market economy and a functional justice system.

As i said, you have no obligation to love the party, if you dont like it you walk away, i should reclaim i am not intend to move in a political debate, the political proposition of yours here is a reflection to the a slice of the HK society, i do respect the way you think, but for decades after regression, it is rather abnormal that this aged idea has hardly changed a bit, given the fact that both China and the world is shifting forms, this is what i mean about mentally undeveloped and immature.

further,If you dont love the communism party you dont become one of it, and that is all you need to do i suppose, there are over 70 million member of the party in the mainland, with comparison to the whole population, the number only takes less than 1/10, so it is possible, at least for the rest of 9/10 of the population you can always claim your choice, your logic is a bit chaotic, hopefully i get your right.

香港年轻人的思想好落后好狭隘啊，都21世纪了居然还存在殖民地时代的思维，小地方果然是没办法有产生有水平的思想，思维更新的速度也很慢，跟大陆年轻人思想上的深度和成熟程度完全不能比，建议香港的年轻人一定要走出香港，不喜欢大陆可以不要去大陆，去美国，去英国都行，要多多了解世界变化的局势啊。
