初めてやってみて、心が静まって、左脳のうるさい思考をクリーンアップで来て、すごくよかった。楽しいし。私は10年以上、瞑想をしたり、座禅をしたり、写経をしたり、写仏をしたりして、それはそれでよかったけれど、この方が、やさしく、心を空っぽにできて、集中でき落ち着けて、とっても良かった、もう一回で夢中になっちゃった。余計な左脳のおしゃべりをスイッチオフして、心がとても落ち着きました、ありがとう。
