But the doctor did not give specifics. 請問胡醫生可否 give specific instructions what and how to do it, in terms of cutting salt, saturated fats, carbohydrate counting, doing exercise etc. Thank you very much.

多謝胡醫生詳細解釋。I want to ask, my dad has end stage kidney disease, diabetic and heart failure. EGFR is only 15. All doctors / specialist recommended him to 洗腎，but 家人 thinks with his age of 89, he may not be able to make it. Dad already has a lot of symptoms, 腳腫，貧血，冇胃口 etc. What is the criteria to decide? If he decides not 洗腎，does it mean he only has a few months left of life span? Thank you.
