Chabacano de Zamboanga Folk Dance

This is a dance depicting afternoon leisurely walks enjoyed by Zamboangueños at the park, church facade or the boulevard; reflective of Spanish dancing evident in the zapateados and brush steps. Researched and Choreography by Prof. Alicia Mas - Soriano (+) Presented by Prof. Ma. Blancaflor Rivera - Jimeno at the 37th National Folk Dance Workshop of Philippine Folk Dance Society.
