Chad Daybell sentenced to death

Chad Daybell, the so-called "Doomsday Prophet," has been sentenced to death after he was found guilty on all counts in his triple murder case in Idaho.
On Thursday, a jury found Daybell guilty of killing his wife Lori Vallow's two youngest children, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and his previous wife, Tammy.

Yes Joyce Parrotta , Chad Daybell has been sentenced to Death. Until then he will be housed in the CONDEMNED area of the prison. Usually the Condemned are in a small cell for 23 hours a day and one hour outside in a cage. Depending on the prison

I wonder this myself. I do think they shared a delusion about their status as “chosen.” I think Chad was sexually aroused by Lori and he simply wanted what he wanted. There wasn’t money enough to fund their desired lifestyle, so they figured out how to obtain it without divorce or hard work. It is astonishing to me that they were willing to kill family members to get freedom for themselves. They were extremely selfish and evil, corrupting themselves and committing murder to be together. And, IMO, self deluded.

Tammy sounds like a genuinely positive person, who practiced her faith and was a good wife and mother. She worked so Chad could write his books and publish. She likely thought that they were a team. She absolutely did not deserve her fate. I am not sure why her kids are not outraged on her behalf.

Usually a court of law will ask them to wear street clothes so as not to unfairly prejudice the jury (ESPECIALLY in their potential death sentencing) by making them look worse than normal. If you watched WI v. Darrell Brooks, Judge Dorow asked him multiple times to wear his civilian clothes for the jury. Also, it's possible he's unshackled, but more likely he has an ankle manacle. Don't know that part for sure

They did file it against her but due to Idaho prosecutors violations in Discovery and a few other things, it was removed to balance the case with their failures. Essentially, her lawyers did what they were supposed to do before her trial even began, save her life!
