The matter is she helped the police A LOT. Time and dates is not a big matter in this case. Melanie did well.. Chad is not better off after this. His defence is doing their best, but you cant really help a killer - if he is a killer 👍🏼in my personal opinion

You’re absolutely right and furthermore disrespect is shown each and every time Attorney Prior talks over the Judge! Once when Judge Boyce was reprimanding Prior for once again, speaking over witnesses, the Judge finally got angry with Prior because during his reprimand, Prior actually spoke over the Judge while the Judge was reprimanding him for that very thing!🫣

No one should have to remember all those details but she also seems really flat and in denial about things. I think she's done a few things she's greatly downplaying (not necessarily criminal but she isn't completely innocent or dense).

I think she is wondering what could she have done differently.. n she is being told to lie .. from a friend n that will make you off guard n questioning the situation n the friendship.. she tried to get lori come forward but Lori refused n feel that she can use people as she wants to get her needs/ desires met!

Chad's should actually be grateful he got the death sentence I've been to prison at least the prison I was in nobody had anything good say about child killers because a lot of inmates have young children at least in death row he's locked down for 23 hours a day and nobody can get to him and this is such a high-profile case in the state everybody knows what his paperwork is going to say so it wouldn't be a far stretch to say an inmate would like to make a name for himself by taking Chad out of the equation I'm just saying those are possibilities and I don't think the prison guards will do him too many favors

I noticed that too. Why is she different in this testimony? She has proof with her recording that she talked to both Chad and Lori inquiring about the kids. Their reply was that they were safe and happy. I don't understand what she's doing this in testimony. She's already told law enforcement all of this from the beginning. I'm sure it's embarrassing to her about what she believed at that time, but she is helping the Defense with this testimony.
