Hello, In the table where you described the junction and loop and + vs - rules, it says that across a resistor in the direction of the current is +deltaV, but in the example when you were setting up an equation for the loops, you did 20V - 2*I3 - 4*I1=0. How come the second and third term of this equation are negative even if we’re going with the flow of the current?

I think the chart is just wrong. Traveling across the resistor in the direction of the current should be -IR. Since V=IR, it should be -V in my opinion.

Yeah i caught that too, i think its if u move with the current across a resistor then its negative and if its opposite its positive
