This was like an MMA fight, but between two black belts in interviewing. Chael is great at throwing punches (i.e basement comment) and Ariel is amazing at diffusing, deflecting and getting the last word. I’m not sure if these two are actually friends, but they keep each other on their toes. Two guys with completely different interview styles and personalities, and both can be absolutely brutal in their own way. Love it
