If any child is crying then will go to him and make him comfortable by offering him toys and chocolates and try to talk to him and play with him so as to make him comfortable then slowly slowly indulge him in studies like story telling , playing games with him etc.

First of all I try to find the reason of his crying then give him atomphere of class like as family and behave with him like family members and tell him some interesting stories and give him some extra time
