17:45 Sir yahan aap bol rahe hain ki virtual function m implementation define nhi krte aur use derive krke fir define krte. Par sir, ye cheez tab zaruri ho jati h jb hum base class ka pointer banae and us pointer m child class ka object rkhein(If are interested in runtime polymorphism). To pointer k type k base pr member function invoke hoga. Agar aisa nhi kr rhein h, then you are right. 18:36 you are stating that if 'override' is not written, the abstract class functions will not be overriden. Writing 'override' is a good practice to enforce the compiler explicitly that i am overriding them. But if we don't write, then also it is right as long as signature of the function matches.
