Hello Hitesh, I have leaned new thing from you, I am very much focused that's why I forgot otherthings which I started parallel or else I do one by one. I have created, experimented and documented new exercise "Stop & See" Exercise which is documented in my book and it is refenced from "Stop Excercise" by Gurdjieff. Actually, we all have some Productive Hourse in our Everyday! Suppose you are a Software Engineer, like I do! who has *10 AM - 7 PM Job* ... So I have, 1. 10:30 - 1:30 => *3 hrs* ----------Lunch Break----------- 2. 3: 00 - 5: 00 => *2 hrs* ----------Coffee Break------------ 3. 5: 15 - 6: 45 => *1.5 hrs* So total *6.5* productive *Hourse* we all have at our workplace, where we can be fully focused to create something, which we have satisfaction at the *End of The Day* ... : ) That's what I follow every day, so kind of implementation of Hitesh's video! Left watching at normal speed years ago, I guess in 2020 , I had seen the last time at normal speed. But I used to think the watch time revenue decreases by this , but it's not true and the overall amount is considered is the new thing I came to know about it here . Thanks Sir

Hi, Hitesh Sir For the past 2-3 years, I have been grappling with a persistent issue. After viewing the video, I've realised the significance of embracing distractions for survival. I am committing to dedicate at least 1-2 minutes each day to focusing on a single task that will increase my focus time. I deeply appreciate the insightful content and encourage you to continue creating videos like this on a regular basis.

Till now I've had respect for my teachers but I've not been addicted to studying because of their teaching style, but today after completing javascript series , mid-way through React series , I'm addicted so much so that i dont even get a thought of giving up . Only the semester exams and other College assignments distract me and feel like a time waste , but learning from you anything at all , is pure bliss. THANKYOU FOR BECOMING A TEACHER IN THIS AMAZING FIELD .

In this reflection, I delve into the insights from the video on focus periods and the fascinating way they operate. The video stood out to me due to its unique approach, offering a fresh perspective that I found immediately compelling. It made me want to adopt these techniques right away. When I tried to apply them, I encountered some distractions-surprisingly, these distractions were positive, as they sparked creative thoughts and ideas. However, I worked on bringing my attention back and attempted to maintain a state of thoughtless silence. This is much harder than it sounds, as staying silent without letting thoughts intrude is indeed a challenging task. After taking a short break, I returned to the material, aiming to recall what was taught in the session. Here are the key takeaways: 1. Our minds are naturally prone to distraction-this is part of our survival instincts. While we can't eliminate distractions entirely, we can train ourselves to focus on a single point through consistent practice. 2. Learning is always goal-oriented. Keeping the end goal in mind throughout the learning process is crucial, as it motivates us to engage more deeply and effectively with the material. 3. Reflection is essential to solidify learning. After absorbing new information, taking a break and reflecting on it allows us to revisit and reinforce our understanding. This process often leads to revisiting the material, uncovering details we might have missed, or gaining new insights as our comprehension deepens over time. I know I'm going into detail, but this is what I genuinely feel.

It was actually very useful..I used to consume a lot of content only to realise ,I was just consuming and not absorbing things.Eventually I had to repeat those things, which actually consumed double /triple of my time. After a long period of time ,I realized my structure of planning and studying ,was not at all productive.Break down your goals so that you can complete it each day ,take breaks and at the end of the day sit for at least 20-30 min and visualize and revise what you did today whether you understood things or not .

That’s exactly what I used to do daily. I would get distracted every 30 minutes, constantly switching between learning paths-thinking, 'This one is good... no, wait, this one is better'-and ended up getting nowhere. Nowadays, having too many resources to choose from is actually a problem because it makes it hard to decide which one is the best. It’s a coincidence for me, as I’ve been trying to reduce my distractions for the last 10-15 days, and now you posted this video. You really understand the problem. The video is very helpful. Thanks, Bhaiya❤❤

Got all the knowledge from this video, really loved it. Words out of this video context: Can we have some DSA with the C++ series. It would be nice to learn things in DSA with C++.

I really love your personality! You seem like someone I would want to be like when I reach your age. We share similar traits, and I find that inspiring. I would love the chance to meet you over chai someday and discuss life. Keep being amazing!
