CHAIN MAIL WEAVE END GRAIN CUTTING BOARD

I have previously commented about how you assemble the different woods is similar to that or a master bladesmith who stack forge hammer and cut various steels (and other.metals ) to create various patterns Your billets are created from wood and are no less intricate or exquisite. At 10:50 you’re ripping against the grain. Won’t this bind up against the blade?

Yes, it has to be cut like that and it doesn't bind the sword
