Thanks for having me along 😁👍 Paul and I did this ride just before you did. They hadn't filled the washouts yet and that tree hadn't hit the ground yet. A widowmaker and Kind of sketchy going under it. Sure glad it didn't come the rest of the way down while someone was under it.

Thanks! Hopefully they dealt with the tree soon after I left. It's a cool park but I think I like Moraine Hills State Park better!

@@Cynical_Zombie Paul and I just rode Moraine Hills Yesterday. Put on 30 miles in there and about. It's a tough call between the two parks for me. They both have their merits.

This being the closet Illinois state park to the Milwaukee area. I have been here several times. I think it kind of resembles the Horicon Marsh up in Dodge County.

It’s a nice State Park.. but you should also check out Moraine Hills State Park in McHenry. I like those trails more and you have access to McHenry Dam and the Prairie Trail (if you’re willing to ride on the street for a little bit) Thanks for watching! 😎🤘🏼

Oh wow!!!!!!! This is amazing. We were just here a few weeks ago at the boat launch and I took a look at the waterway navugational map (we bike and also kayak). Did you know that goats are placed in the ntioch section on the island and graze overgrown brush

Nice! No I wasn’t aware goats are on the island… but one would be useful to mow my lawn 🤣
