Chain & Sprocket relacment HONDA CB500X: 500F & CBR

Today we show how tp change the chain and sprockets on the Honda 500 range

A couple of tips:- I always loosen the rear sprocket nuts first off with the bike in gear and wheel and chain still in place. I also use a couple of spacers(rollers of the old chain will do)to press the outer connecting link plate on before fitting the split link.

We tried that and gave up because they were solid, cut that bit out. We didn’t actually show the split link going on in all honest, boy did it while I was taking a break
