Beautiful work! I really admire how you point out all of the positives and build on that. Inspiring to see your teaching/carving methods! Not every carver can teach. Not every teacher can carve (well). Best of both worlds here.

Wonderful interview and insights…. I am just getting started and in Virginia as well! I am going to attempt to reach out to see if I can see a master at work around the dc area! 😊

I really enjoy your videos. I noticed when you were pointing out to Andrew the contour of the owl you were using a study cast. I'm an old man trying something new and wondered where might aquire that owl cast

Thanks for putting out so much inspiration. We love your videos and would love to come out and meet you one day. Is there any chance you can show more about the ninja board? It sounds awesome and could really help some of us mortals;)

Thanks for watching. Unfortunately, if I video too much information on what goes down in the classes, people will do more of what they already are doing and just watch youtube for all the answers. I discovered these little gems, and it's necessary that I withhold that stuff for the folks who pay hard earned money to take the classes. Again thanks for watching!

How much do you charge to teach people?
@BigRagufromAT Жыл бұрын
I charge $500. Per day, that includes tools, material, and food. Classes are 10 hour days, depending on the student.

I only wish I lived over there. I’m in UK and very difficult to find workshops to help further your skills. In the meantime I’ll keep watching your videos and aspire to create wonderful art like you produce. 🪵
