I got one last year. It works fine, needed some tunning if you didn't want to wait for saw to warm up. Oh, it's an easy start so just pull the rope

I've been using the same saw for 2 years but bought it off amazon. The thing is awesome and didn't come broken. I've lost the rubber chip deflector before but the Supmix customer support is excellent and sent me a new one for free. I've honestly been very impressed as it seems to have more power than any of the other saws I use at work including an ms 391, and husky 365. You should really try to exchange it for a not broken one.

They have the east start pull system. Just pull east all they way out and it will wind up and spin motor all at once. Probably not durable but once used to it works good.

Remember when using a chainsaw you should always stay to the left of the blade when cutting. If there is a strong kickback it won't hit you in the face.

I love my Dewalt tools and thought about trying a Dewalt chainsaw since I only ever need it for trimming or clean up around my home or maybe quick clean up if falls over road(not a daily use item for me). just curious would you ever recommend a Dewalt or Milwaukee chainsaw?

If you are thinking batteries? It’s definitely a possibility. I will definitely have to try them out first I only ran one dewalt before and was impressed! Both are good brands so maybe but definitely want to try them myself.

That SUPMIX saw runs like my Dad's Poulan Pro, which I used this morning to fell a maple by his garage and it wasn't great lol. I kicked myself for not taking my Husqvarna with me.

Wow just wow. I would have been returning it as soon as pulled out and seen those buttons there asking for a exchange. If the next one was the same way they dont want our money. Thank you for doing this. Maybe try a Harbor Freight chainsaw. They always try to do discounted tools/ big sale tools that people live by but i always seem to have bad luck with stuff breaking from them

Ohhh the old soupmix, I’ve actually heard of them and ran one😂 they are honestly not the worst clone saw. Just another Zenoah clone. The only thing is they don’t come with a throttle lock so we used he file which was dangerous but worked, the airfilter covers always come super tight for some reason. The reason they run .325 chains are so that the chut has a thinner kerf so it seems more powerful than it is. They also tend to have the easy start recoil rewind which I hate and if you drop start them they tend to explode the watch spring in them

That makes sence now! I also hate the easy start but I just wanted to really test it how I normally run my saw. The more I buy these cheap saws, the more I realize They are all kinda the same but also I think its a hit or miss when you get the saw and if they changed anything etc. I still won't really recommend them to anyone, due to safety lol
