I wanna point this out. I believe the name of the Chapter "Save The Cat" refers to the method of storytelling called Save The Cat, coined by American Screenwriter and Author Blake Snyder. The term refers to a decisive moment when the protagonist demonstrates they are worth rooting for. Snyder writes, "It's the scene where we first meet the hero, " to gain the audience's favour and support for the main character right from the start. Writers normally use this This method is also used to show a huge change for the protagonist and a turning point for them before hitting rock bottom and a resolution by the end. This makes sense because this chapter signals this is a turning point for Asa and that Yuko will be a huge part of her development as a character as the story continues instead of the quick kills Chainsaw Man loves to swat like flies. But I also theorize that this is the beginning of Asa having a very very difficult relationship with Denji. Not because he saved her, but rather what he's doing. He refused to surrender to The Cockroach Devil's ultimatum of morality. Allowing both parties to die and instead saving a cat to give to the new Power which he intends to "revive." And the world will allow him to go on this journey as the world saw this as an act of selflessness for a lesser creature. Seeing him a hero. This is something Asa wants for herself, cause really she only resents Denji because she wants to be selfish and loved. And seeing Denji's ability to live freely without fear of being hated by everyone, even when he lasts innocence die and the fact he's a devil. The world loves him, but at the same time, fame is not something he's particularly aiming for. He loves the fame, there's no denying it. But his heart lies with his little sister figure Power. Yuko also loves The Chainsaw Man and so does her "crush," which will probably push Asa hard into her villain arc because her reasons are more understandable than most. She sees the true Denji while the rest of the world sees The Chainsaw Man, which will make her feel so much more alone than she has ever felt. Sinking her further into depression, frustration, and maddening anger. And of course, most can be surprised because he was the main character in part 1 and he's saved people before cause he knew it was the right thing to do. But I must remind everyone, that Denji is not your common shonen or even seinen hero. Denji is a selfish, horny, and blunt individual who can flip sides. Near the end of Part 1, Denji admitted he'd absolutely switch sides if it meant being with folk who would treat him well. And that's probably the only reason he's a devil hunter now. Because of the good treatment and he's on a journey to find the New Blood Devil to turn them into Power again. If he has that, doesn't matter what happens next cause everyone he loved is now dead and currently he's attempting to bring back one of them. Everything else is collateral if he manages to save one person. (Or one cat.)

Maybe it's irrevelant but I really like that at the beginning of part 1 and part 2 Denji saved cats. The first time was when Power asked him to help her and the second time was in the chapter 102.

Yeah, its definitely not irrelevant. I don't think it's a coincidence that the Bat Devil was involved both times. I think Fujimoto is loosely creating a parallel between Part 1 and 2
