You’re wrong, It’s not. 努力 means “hard work” or “effort”, and 未来 means “the future”so the literal translation is “the hard work in the future” so to get it to fit I stylized it to “the work ahead”. As in “ahead”, not “a head” Hope that helps. I’m bilingual Japanese /English and I pride myself on my translations. I can promise you they’re probably among the more accurate ones you’ll find on youtube.
