I went ahead and took a big position in QSR just based on how competent these 2 leaders are. If not for that, the brands themselves are quite stale. But Patrick is a legend and is now fully invested in the turnaround. Can’t find no one better to hitch my wagons onto.

Chick-fil-a is the gold standard of quality employees and hiring - QSR / RBI needs to find out what they're doing and copy it to the letter.

if interest rates are higher for longer, why would someone invest in a restaurant business?

Must be difficult to audit many of the countries where the ingredients come from, especially with a high number of the countries being in a constant state of civil war or controlled by cartels.

Sorry, but I'd be worried about investing in a man looking like Kobza. Too smooth and American Psycho like

Canada has two large Indian groups, Tamils and Punjabis. Come to Europe and one can see these people are the most successful in every profession even though India has more than 20 different ethnic groups

@shrishri8898 yes, mostly the case here as well, although many men are in good positions. I got fired a dozen times because I have a university degree and most women are working as nurses or waitresses. Women can only do well by marrying a rich man, the only reason someone employs me is so that they can show the world how stupid I am and how intelligent they are. I will usually be given some impossible tasks, deadlines or old computer etc and be fired for not doing my work, this is not legal but it is socially acceptable

@shrishri8898 it's same in Europe unfortunately, they really destroy your life for coming from a poor country
