His performance has been subpar, playing with a strike rate as low as 90, which suggests he was playing selfishly. It appears he favored his friends, such as Azam and Shadab, despite their lack of good performance. This situation needs thorough analysis, including checking his bank accounts for any irregularities. I believe Babar should be sacked and should not play T20 or One Day Internationals. Perhaps he could be considered for Test matches only, as his slow play puts undue pressure on the following batsmen.

Pcb should encourage players to play games like chess etc. that sharpens their strategic mindset. Learn from how indian legends beat Pakistan legends. Indian bowlers bowled outside off stump with packed offside field. Pakistani players wasted balls trying to score runs, eventually giving catches in the deep. Most big matches are won with strategy.
