This is the best video for beginners. I've been through a few more previously but no one talked about where I should be changing the pressure on overturns and underturns. So my shapes were going horribly wrong. It's still bad but I can feel it's getting better. Thanks man!

You can use any paper that is above 70gsm paper density. I recommend any 100gsm A4 size printer paper.
