I go to university across the road from the "we can't skate here but those guys can shoot heroin?" scene. And yes, you may not skate there, and yes, you may shoot up heroin there (maybe not right there, but on the sidewalk yes). So often skating and heroin use will take place at the same time, guess which one gets kicked out?

im not defending them , but i think the main concern is property damage. Unfortunately skating causes more property damage then heroin use. But it isnt smart because i imagine that affects property VALUES, more than skating. : )
