I could totally see myself living in this house. I love it. I like how each bedroom feels very private and tucked away. In the front bathroom where you said was dead space I would put my dressers. Frees up room in the bedroom. Really liked the pool, although I would resurface it. Oh yeah...I would happily live there lol

So glad you’re honest about the market at the end chakits. People haven’t been believing me. Here in San Antonio there are houses that have been sitting for months and have reduced their price multiple times. ETFs are down right now

The front need some fake green grass, just for some contrast, overall the front is great. The fireplace in the front courtyard is superfluous, I just don't see it being used. I see the dining area being completely redone by the new homeowner. Overall a very nice home.

Two things: 1) Original Windows: This house is almost 20 years old and the windows are the original windows which means they will need to be replaced. Do you know how much it is replace windows?? Depending on size and style they can run anywhere from $500-$2K+ each window. So whoever buys this house will need to get the windows replaced... 2) Cheap Materials: Laminate base boards, all fixtures, and laminate flooring: You can find ALL of the materials used in this home in homes that are priced at $400K. For $2M you need REAL hardwood flooring... Also for Masterbedrooms...anything less than 25x25 and with NO separate sitting area is not large. Where the hell are all of the linen closets?? Where are the wall cabinets in the bathrooms?? You only get one linen closet in a 4K+ square foot home. The ONLY thing good about this home is the Landry room and the Pantry! In the laundry room you have a sink, plenty of cabinets for storing your laundry stuff, AND an area to sort and fold clothes. This house is too big to not have a separate dining area. The island needs to be bigger without that dining seat. I am starting to think that men are designing, creating the floor plans, and staging these homes and lord they need help.

This house's front yard & backyard are breathtaking🥀🥀🥀want to buy it in a ❤beat but don't like the black panels upon entrance & that dining table needs to go. Shower rooms 10/10.

I didn't care to much for this home granted the neighborhood is nice and so is the kitchen, entry way, back yard, and some of the finishings. But aside from that the home is a no go the bathrooms are just boring they all look the same with no style at all there are also no beaches in the showers that are to my liking. I didn't see the tank less water heaters and the filters missing in action again. The master bath is okay I suppose but I didn't like that there was a threshold for ever shower I mean it looks like most of the materials were purchased at home depot what a joke. They want 2 million plus for this house? and don't get be started on the layout concerning most of the home. I couldn't see myself living here it's just to big for me and it's of low quality and to much quantity yep this home is a no go and onwards to the next one.
