i just realized that my sahasrara chakra (crown) been blocked and i got acne for it im listening to the mantra OM rn and i feel so much better i stop overthinking after mins of listening to it it's 8 mins long imma go meditate myself and open all of my chackras cuz some of my chakras been closed and blocked and i have hard time to sleep and think straightforward. Acne's on my forehead keep appearing it's one row downward on the right side of my forehead my gut been screaming "U NEED TO LISTEN TO CHACKRAS HEALING UR CROWN CHAKRA BEEN CLOSED AND BLOKED BY SOMETYPE OF OBSTACLE THAT U DIDNT SEE CAME UR WAY OF JOURNEY FULLY HEAL ALL OF UR CHAKRAS" glad it's giving me warning now i'm listening to my gut after all of my chakras heal and opened ik i'll gonna feel so much better and confident and the sahasrara acne gonna disappear after i'm done healing all parts of my chackras. Sorry this is random but for those who has hard time of sleeping, thinking normally, always feeling anxiety i suggest u to download chakras meditation and listen to the subliminal of it if u wonder abt acne's on ur forehead it's ur crown chakra been blocked by something and u need to open it by meditating urself and it will take very long time for it's to open but just remind urself to keep doing ur healing works unblocked and reopen all of ur chakras for the better result im using "Chakras" app im listening to Binaural beat for now i chose the sahasrara chakra since my crown chakra been blocked and closed since last few weeks no wonder the acne keeps appearing and rebuilding on my forehead it's a lot worse than other type of acne. im a very spiritual and highly intuitive person so i’ll gonna feel if sun is wrong plus im a medium psychic person that’s why i had uneasy feeling by these past few weeks and knowing some of my chakras been closed and blocked by something 😬😬😬

Самый примитивный и упрощённый пример ,что бы понять принцип ,но не работу. Компьютер подключен к сети 220 вольт переменного тока ,блок питания преобразует его в постоянный и выдает 12 вольт линию ,5 вольт ,а далее схемы делают для отдельных блоков 3,5 или 1,8

no kungfu didn't come from what ever..the text you mentioned it came from 'kalari pyattu' propagated by bhodhi dharman and the original text is in 'Agni puranam' its still practiced in parts of kerala as it was thought by 'parshu rama' avathar of lord Vishnu hims self am not speaking anything bad about buddism as budda is one constantly descending avathar of vishnu but still mentioned as his 9th avathar so i completely respect buddha but fact of origin of Kungfu is kind of wrong as there are A LOT of evidences in our text
