Welcome to this full Chakra restoration sound bath challenge. I've designed this experience to provide an activation and alignment of each of the 7 main Chakra centers in 30 minutes. Beginning with the Root Chakra and aligning our power centers all the way up to the Crown Chakra.

There will be a notification at the beginning of each Chakra transition with a gentle tap of a Planetary Chime that is associated to one of the 7 Chakras. There will then be a blend of one of my Planetary tuning forks that is also associated with one of the seven Chakras as well as the main note of a crystal singing bowl to initiate the re-balancing and realignment of each power center.

2:07 - ❤️Root - I AM - This Chakra connects to feelings of security, stability, and groundedness.
✨If you're feeling out of alignment in this power center, you may experience feelings of insecurity, fear, and instability in your life. You may also feel disconnected from your body, lack a sense of grounding, and have difficulty establishing healthy boundaries with others. sluggishness or the feelings of instability.
6:09 - 🧡Sacral - I FEEL - This Chakra connects to feelings of pleasure, creativity, and emotional balance.
✨If you're feeling out of alignment in this power center, you may experience feelings of emotional instability, low libido, and difficulty expressing your creativity. You may also feel a lack of pleasure and joy in your life, and struggle with relationships and intimacy.
10:06 - 💛Solar Plexus - I DO - This Chakra connects to feelings of confidence, personal power, and self-worth.
✨If you're feeling out of alignment in this power center, you may experience feelings of low self-esteem, lack of confidence, and difficulty asserting yourself. You may also struggle with decision-making, feel a sense of powerlessness, and have issues with digestion and metabolism.

You may also struggle with being truthful and authentic, and have trouble listening to and understanding others. Physical symptoms may include sore throat, thyroid problems, and neck and shoulder pain.
22:03 - 💜3rd Eye Chakra - I SEE - This Chakra connects to feelings of intuition, spiritual awareness, and inner wisdom.

It was really fun to see how each one of my chakras responded differently. With the root one my body just wanted to rock back and forth while I was seated. But then with the next one I had to lay down and be still with my hand on my belly. The heart chakra wanted me to open my chest by moving my arms in and out. My neck chakra wanted me to breath through the mouth loudly. Finally my third eye chakra wanted me to be still with my chin slightly higher, and my crown chakra wanted me with eyes wide open and completely still. Definitely one of my fav sound baths

Oh my God! I can’t believe this! I just finished this sound meditation and I was totally focused on any chakra. Thank you for this. I found this so helpful for releasing pain in my body/ chakras to be able to release and move forward. We experience so much pain in life and when it's not released it builds up and causes mental and physical problems. What helped me to release was finding a time to relax the body , listen to this recording, and once I did thoughts of pain I've experienced throughout life flowed through my mind. As they did I imagined them being untied from my body as knots. You could imagine anything that is helpful for you such as pulling "weeds" from the garden of your being, scraping plaque off of you to uncover your lightened self, draining the pain from your body, etc. Whatever works for you I hope it helps and we all become our truest lighter, most loving selves together.

I too have a similar experience with guided meditations. I enjoy some of them but I either get distracted by the person’s voice, or start thinking about random things, or sometimes just fall asleep shortly after the guided mediation begins. And while falling asleep (aka relaxation) can sometimes be a desired state from a meditation session I often feel I missed the mark by not staying awake through a session. This form of meditation and healing literally resonates with me and I have no trouble focusing my attention and energy towards the relevant chakra. I really appreciate you taking the time to record your videos and post them for others to enjoy.
