In your current house even that is perfect! And this new house is not that much big compared to ur current house! But since u guys already decided hope this house turns out well!

As per vastu Mandir balcony and kitchen mein nhi hona chahiye...best corner is north east(east and north is also ok) . ... Stand at the center of the house and rotate the compass to know the correct direction ..... 👍🏻 Hope this helps .. 😇
