Bills players that needed treatment still went to the facility that day , just so you all know. The Bills offense is a bad matchup for the Lions D , man coverage and blitzing , Josh runs over or kills. You mentioned it being a bad matchup for the Bills defense but I think it's almost as bad the other way. And maybe the Lions are due for a let down? They've played close games the last few weeks, in one against a bad Bears team! Not sure who wins but I don't think either team is getting blown out . My heart says Bills my head says Lions. Bills won’t even make it to SB. Lions probably will unless injuries derail them. Bills have been overachieving. Remember they have way too many new pieces. Ravens and Rams exposed their defense. And as always Josh can’t do it. Those super man performances are great but remember he is human at the end of the day. Football 🏈 is not a one man sport. @@DonJoshpkosh11 As a Bills fan I "sort of" agree with you, but mostly because McDermott can't coach in the big moments. Also, yes, the Bills defense is susceptible to being exposed by more explosive offenses. Allen is a beast but he can't play superman each week or each time the defense gets pushed around like last week. Anything can happen, but it'll probably be the Chiefs again. I will disagree on one point though; although I do like the Lions and would love to see them in the SB, I think the bravado that Campbell brings with the "screw it - we're going for it" mantra will bite them again this year. I see KC and maybe even Minnesota or the Eagles, if NOT the Lions, and I have a feeling the Lions will have an early exit. Again, we shall see.

People need to understand just how good Josh Allen is. He isn't just good, or great, he is never seen before historic. Allen leads the NFL all-time in TDs/game at 2.37. Essentially, he is the most productive player in the history of the NFL. Allen just broke Peyton Manning's Mark of most TDs thru the first 8 seasons of a career which stood at 253 last week. Allen is still in his 7th season. The end of his 8th season isn't until January 2026, meaning he has 21 more games to add to his own record. It's honestly absurd the lack of respect this man gets from other fan bases who want to talk about turnovers. The man is literally the most productive player in NFL history and you are worried about turnovers? Get real.

Should be a great game Chris. I'm forever a Bills fan originally from Buffalo, so obviously you know who I want to win, but I can't see them beating the Lions tomorrow. I'd LOVE to see it, but Detroit is most likely the BEST team in the league right now. I moved out of buffalo 28 years ago but proudly have a LARGE Bills decal on the back window of my Tacoma while living in another city with an NFL team. I get a LOT of honks with "Go Bills"!!!! accompanying the honks. Trust me, I'm as much of a Bills fan as anyone as I go to the sports bars in my new city wearing my Bills gear and jersey - and usually there are a LOT of Buffalo fans in the bars - you probably already know this but the Bills are one of the most well liked and followed teams in the league - throughout the country. If you read my post, I never said it wasn't possible for them to beat the Lions. I said I "can't see them beating them tomorrow" but I also said I HOPE I'm wrong, thus .... anything is possible, obviously, and I do hope I'm wrong. I just don't see it happening tomorrow based on several factors, mostly the Lions run game and the poor showing the Bills have had on defense against worthy opponents this year. I stand by it and it doesn't make me any less of a "fan" than anyone. Just being a fan doesn't mean your reasoning and opinions go out the window and you have to blindly believe your team will win each week. That's stupid. I'm simply giving my opinion on what I think the outcome will be, just like MOST people are picking the Lions, including virtually ALL of the Buffalo based podcasters here on YT. Also, no matter who the bills play itll be a shock to see them in base. The best 4 available players on our defense are Benford, Bernard, Johnson, and rousseau. The team chooses nickel every time to make sure taron Johnson sees the field as much as possible. He had an uncharacteristically poor performance in pass coverage against the rams last week, but is a solid run defender when stacking the box. Theres a potential start for cole bishop, who shined in the box/in run defense at utah. If they stack the box with these guys (and they dont suck in coverage) I think they can "limit" detroit to average run production instead of freakish numbers

No one “retired early” Barry had 10 yrs as a RB and was like 31 which is a full career! He admits in his book that he was losing a step and although could still play he was running out of steam. He had always said he wouldn’t play more than 10 yrs and never wanted to break Jim Browns record….Calvin was shot after 9 years, he couldn’t play anymore at his standard. He had a bad knee, back, tons of unreported concussions! If he really wanted to keep playing all he had to do was come back in 2015 after the Lions spent his money and he’d of wrecked their cap so they’d have to cut him and he could of went to the highest bidder. Truth was he was at the end, he couldn’t run like he used to he would just catch the ball and fall down mostly. I wish people would quit perpetuating this BS narrative when they don’t even know.

There is an elephant in the room, a fly in the ointment, in Detroit. I have been a long suffering Lions fan, and the thing that always got in the way of winning was the Fords loyalty and business minded mentality not aligning with football operations. The Lions have one person from the Matt Patricia era left over, Rod Wood, a family friend, that they are loyal to. Rod Wood is the SOL mentality and they just did the thing that was stupid that made no sense that SOL would do. They raised ticket prices for a second year in a row, massively. They claim 24% on average but that is is not the reality of it. What I can tell you is this, the Lions tickets were already the most expensive ticket in the NFL versus income level of the market. And they just raised them AGAIN! This makes no sense at all. I know a season ticket holder who's tickets were 2,850 last year, next year they will be 5,700. The Lions do not even make their money off ticket sales, they make it off TV revenue and merchandising. So this move is just idiotic. All this is going to do is destroy the loyal fan base that supported a garbage product for decades. This has the potential to destroy that home field advantage for the team and hurt the product on the field, the risk versus reward is not worth it. Not to mention that it is greedy, disingenuous and a slap in the face to the fans that have supported this team their entire lives. Rod Wood is a cancer and needs to go work for Ford Motor Co. and get the hell away from the Lions.
