@@pakscar260 this is just a proven fact… if someone buys cheap/junk food they will have poor health conditions. So now they spend money on medications vs just eating right…. So it’s your choice, you either pay now or pay later and that’s a fact. I use to struggle with high blood pressure but I made lifestyle and food changes. I didn’t want to be on medication for the rest of my life bc that’s expensive and can make things worst.
