It was the 5 cent denom on a 5 line. The only thing that was crazier than that was a Liberty 7s 3 reel game that the jackpot had gotten over $6k on the 50cent bet. 10 cent denom on 5 line game. Same night a guy hit that one. Those games had been building up for a while and people were waiting in line to play those low bets for those bigger jackpots.

I think low rolling is most people's betting style. One of my mom's big spender would play with 300 $1.00 bills to try to win a car. My sister actually thought you could bet one cent at a time.
