As an IIT graduate I would say it depends a lot on your branch. As a Civil Engineer I recently helped my cousin and just for curiosity attempted the paper. Subjects like Maths and Physics were really easy for me but Chemistry I was totally out of touch as I never had that subject after 1st semester. One major thing I realised was how dependent i have become on calculator.
